Executive Staff

The President provides guidance and leadership for the Lebanese Children
Foundation ( LCF ) worldwide and meets regularly through the year, the President
is the operational leader of the movement, acting as its chief Humanitarian
adviser and strategist, its chief spokes person and the chief executive officer,
which carries out the foundation agenda through campaigning, planning
and implementing.

LEBANESE CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION

Fares J. FrancisBorn and raised in Lebanon, Fares Francis saw firsthand the
devastating effects of the Lebanese civil war and a lack of basic
needs for children and families, destruction and armed
militia rooming the streets, poverty and luck of education
has effected our children, families and communities. As a
teen-ager he fled Lebanon seeking a new life and establish
American roots in Cleveland, Ohio. Certain that Education
for our children was the long-term solution to improving conditions, Fares Francis is American Educated earned his college degree in Business, and earned his degrees in Insurance and Finance from the AmericanUnderwriter Training Council, in Washington DC, Fares Francis earned many distinctive Awards for his humanitarian services:

  • ARAB COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD
  • STATE OF OHIO, Governor George Voinovich  Service Award
  • CONGRESSIONAL AWARD RECOGNITION,  Hon. Dennis Kucinich

The father of Six children, he started his first non profit corporation Lebanese
Children's Foundation ( LCF ) in Cleveland, Ohio in 1986  the purpose is to help
and aid the children of Lebanon and the children of Lebanese decent.

His actions is forwarding the cause of the Lebanese children conditions have
been covered by local, national and international media, awareness was
important for our children cause, through his effort he has reached people
from all over the globe.

 Milad Abi FadelMilad Abi Fadel is the Vice President and Executive Director of Lebanese Children's Foundation in Lebanon, Milad has moved from Cleveland, Ohio to head the LCF in Lebanon, he made several
trips to Lebanon with the Founder Fares Francis, assisting Mr. Francis work with children in humanitarian and governmental services, Milad lived in the USA since 1991 a Lebanese American who saw the opportunity to help and aid the children of Lebanon, with no hesitation he took on the task .
